Initiate Your Request

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your delivery note inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
